Our team, led by Roger Pearman EdD, and Robert Eichinger PhD, has been creating evidence-based talent management intellectual property for over 50 years. The focus of our research and writing has been both broad and deep (personality, emotional intelligence, competencies), yet the process we have used has always been consistent:

• Aggregated peer-reviewed research, researchers, and practitioners who live at the intersection of psychology and
work. We have consistently leaned upon vast databases of evidence and research (e.g., Center of Creative
Leadership), 1,000’s of peer-reviewed journal articles, and our own experience working with thousands of companies

• The research revealed that the psychological needs and developmental requirements differ for individual

• Upon authoring any content, we have then leveraged panels of I/O psychologists and third-party reviews to
challenge and fine-tune the content, writing, and approach, resulting in final products.
• And we completed a series of beta tests as the libraries of roles and practices were created.

For several years, we have worked diligently to transfer and tag our Intellectual Property (IP) into a vector database, enabling Generative A.I. to provide analysis that answers learner questions.
